We prepare training modules tailored to your organisation’s needs and objectives. Typically, we teach one training module a day to 8-15 participants. The training can be organised at your convenience: on your organisation’s premises or at our offices.

  • How to deal with EU contract negotiations
  • How to write EU project management reports

 

Module 2: Idea generation, creativity and problem solving

  • How to stimulate creativity and generate new ideas (Brainstorming, Mind-mapping, TRIZ methodology, Blue Ocean, etc.)
  • Problem solving techniques (Ishikawa diagram, DFMEA, 5 Why's, Value analysis, Design to cost, QFD, etc.)
  • This module comprises a wide range of group exercises and practical activities.

 

Module 3: Innovation management

  • Project management (Pert diagram, Gantt diagram, managing resources, risk analysis, etc.)
  • Strategic management techniques (SWOT matrix, Porter's 5 forces and BCG matrix)
  • Technology transfer (Knowledge management, Intellectual property rights such as patent and design & model, spin-off, etc.)
